It was the fifth final in a row for their opponents in @_cityboysfc, and a 3-3 result at full time meant the match was to be decided by penalties. Royalty was a bit of a theme on championship Sunday, and King Peach didn't disappoint! A CLOSE 1-0 win over 3-seed and recent league-rejoiners La Mercy (welcome back!) has King Peach sitting in division 2's throne—at least until they play D1 ball next week ;) Big shout out to captain @joeltide, who has led this team for EIGHTEEN seasons. 2 trophies is impressive enough, but we’re even more impressed with zero red cards in that time.
