We're a little blown away by this one, y'all. Saturday's top division has had only two winners in the past 6 seasons, dating all the way back to our Winter 2020 season! This time around, our latest winners reminded their opponents it's HURRIKANE SZN 🌀 ⚡ and we finally have new D1 champs! After beating 1 seed TBD FC in the semis, this team stormed into the finals to face 9-time Saturday champs Bobbay's Jorts. With their eye on the prize, captain @laureneliz25 and co. did enough to win a close match by a score of 2-1 and capture their second trophy in team history!

@ole_fc_atl were Tuesday Open D2 champs recently, and they must have passed on some of that secret sauce to their Saturday sister team. Prior to this season's D2 trophy match, Olé had matched up with @hotlantasoccer 3 times in the last 2 seasons and lost all 3 ❌❌❌. Like our D1 final though, the second division saw its top seed go down in an upset, which means Olé earns promotion in only their second Saturday season!
